Salamander Junction is an Americana band hailing from Whidbey Island, WA fusing country, roots rock, and blues to construct the sonic backdrop for "The Junction", a metaphorical place where community and revelry converge.
Honoring American music legends while forging a path of its own, Salamander Junction is known for energetic, danceable sets complete with improvisational jams that refuse to stay on the tracks.
Combining the twin-engine guitar work of Don Chappell and Luke Pauley, soulful keys of Simone Rico, soaring fiddle melodies of Julie Radmilla, and a rhythm section conducted by Donald Singleton and Jeff Nelson, Salamander Junction barrels forward with the force of a Union Pacific steam locomotive bound for glory.
